I am here to help make olympians, world champions, and to guide you to be your best. Equally as important is how we go about winning, for how long we win, and at the end of competing we are set up to contribute in other areas of our lives. The old paradigm of win at all cost is outdated and has been proven to be less superior strategy.

1 on 1 COACHING

Work with athletes, coaches, parents, business professionals. Age 13-25 focus and over 25 evaluated on case by case basis.

TEAM   COACHING

Work in team settings including athletics and business

YOUTH COACHING

Work 1 on 1 with youth, in team settings, other coaches,  parents. High school, college and above.  Also have speaking services available to schools.

Why Jason?

Its one thing to study the concepts of high performance and self development, its another to live them.  I have been a high performer since the age of six winning 8 motocross championships before age 17 and have gone to the next level winning two Ironman World Triathlon Championships.  My coaching style is one where I meet you where you are at and simultaneously challenge you to do more than you ever thought was possible.  Are you ready to get to the next level?

Philosophy and Vision

I believe being your best doesn't just happen and having a coach with an action plan is vital.  The goal while working with me is to learn and implement mindset tools that have helped world renowned athletes and professionals get the best from themselves and achieve at the highest levels in sport, business, and life.

     I am here to uncover your true potential and give you the tools to get it done, all with the goal of feeling fulfilled. 

Our culture whether it be in business or sport has become so fast paced, complex, and competitive.  Fear, anxiety, and thoughts of doubt and limitation often hold us back from reaching our true potential.  The most productive people have found ways to rise above it all through training mindset.

Understanding who we are and what it will take to accomplish our goals is the first step in the process. Taking ownership for who we are and the dreams we have is required to we get the most from ourselves to reach our potential.

The content I teach is derived from over 40 years experience as an athlete and the latest developments in neuroscience and sports psychology.
